Akkas from the housekeeping team REALLY impressed me. His meticulous attention to detail ensured our room was super clean. He maintained a consistently clean and cute environment . The daily complimentary bottled water was appreciated.
The elevators sometimes felt a little overloaded during peak hours.

the apartment was modern and spacious. i found the fully equipped kitchen a very good feature. the staff were friendly to me and cute.
the breakfast management need improved. it was congested and queuing was a common issue. variety of food at breakfast wasn't great. the swimming pool felt too small for the number of guests.

I found the breakfast variety satisfying and the staff were consistently kind. the layout of the suite was really good. It felt spacious and comfortable. the hotel's location was convenient for my business trips to dip and barsha. i was also near the mall of emirates, a valuable convenience.
The pool was quite small, considering it served guests from two buildings. This sometimes led to overcrowding.

The room was clean with a nice view and a spacious balcony. It had everything i needed. the design of the room felt modern, with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It offered ample space. the room also had a well-equipped kitchenette.

The hotel featured a gym. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, great for varied workouts. there was a self-service laundry facility in the basement. Washing and drying cost aed 13 each, offering great convenience. the pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded area.

The location was convenient to many tourist attractions! though the parking was expensive. the hotel provides daily free shuttles to malls and the beach. This is a great service. several restaurants and coffee shops are within a five-minute walk from the hotel.

the staff gave me a room immediately upon arrival before official check-in. daily free shuttles to malls and the beach were available. a self-service laundry facility in the basement cost aed 13 for both washing and drying. the hotel is also close to many restaurants and coffee shops.
i found the breakfast to be lacking proper fruit, yogurt, and cheese selections. i ended up buying groceries to supplement the provided food. the breakfast lounge was also very crowded.
